Online reviews about apartments/condos are too old to be useful so I would like to hear from folks who have the current, inside scoop. Ideally, ~1000+ sq. ft, 2 bdrm for WFH, lots of storage/walk-in closets, minimal noise transfer between units, high ceilings, non-smoking, working elevator, rational management, neighbors of all ages, and no frat house vibes. I've looked into Brandeis, Regis, Barker, Trio, Orpheum Towers, Meyer Raapke, Fairbanks, Ford Lofts, Riley, and Greenhouse. Which of them should I keep/delete on my list and why? Happy to learn about other existing or planned residential properties on main transit routes that I should consider. Many, many thanks.
