Did everyone get this email?

I got a final back in my weakest course and it took my average below required for my program, but it hasn’t been submitted to the student center, I have enough other good grades that my average should improve when the are all submitted but should I be trying to write a letter of support?

I struggled academically due to poor time management first semester and this one was so much better for me besides one course, what do I do im panicking

Did everyone get this email? Should I be writing a letter?
