Has anyone ever seen a rank & file employee get "burned" or "Learn Their Lesson" due to them filing grievances? I'm just curious as to why everyone doesn't file, especially those that get slammed with work each week and allow it to interfere with their personal life, I.e. late nights, divorce, and mental stress. In my center I see that management uses the lack of contract education to their advantage to keep employees working for far more than a fair days work and I'm sick of it. I'm a bit younger and just starting off my career but when I walk into the building and talk to the older drivers, I feel as if there was a time when everyone took time to teach one another the birds and the bees of the company.
