So I have been dating a man for last 2 months. He has a daughter and has custody on the weekends. On Thurday and Friday he said he would see me on Sunday. I said ok. On Sunday I checked on him if we still good and said yes and will let me know when he finish with his daughter. Time went by and around 8:30 PM I texted him if I was going to see him at all and he replied that he is still with his daughter, doesn’t have anyone to leave her with and it’s impossible to meet today and to hang out next day (today). I got upset that he didn’t text me before and waited to the end of the day to tell me this. He sent me an apology text but I just feel disrespected, if you were unavailable or plans changed you could simply tell me this. Am I right to be upset?
