So I recently finished my second year at college, i want to get into DevOps and i am feeling lost cause everywhere I see it's Devops isn't for fresher , that there is noone who would pick a fresher dev ops

I have a good understanding of AWS , Linux (been using for 3 years) , Git.

So I wanted to know what am I supposed to do , do I keep my aspirations for DevOps or change my field into something else.

And if I am to get into DevOps , what should I follow and what should I do.

Please help.

Is the course open just for now?

Yes , as these are not just certification courses but also training ones , so yes they only open for a limited time frame.

Will it open again?

Yes, it will open again next year during the same time.

Is it necessary to do it?

No , if you have an internship then you can mail your pc the offer letter , alloting you the 4 credits depends on your PC.

Will I have a chance to earn these 4 credits again?

You have full 3rd year and first 2 months of 4th year to get yourself and internship.

Do I really need to buy the 4 credit couse?

You don't have to buy those courses since it includes training cost , training for some certificates like AWS cloud practitioner is not really worth and as go for many certificates in it , so it's a waste to pay the training cost

There are people like me who haven't taken the course and also haven't got any internship , this message is for them.

If you don't currently have an internship , don't worry about it. You can also get a winter internship from various places once slot reopens (like they did for summer).

You can complete the 4 credits via a winter internship.

Those who have mailed their PC (having internships) all you have to do is send a certificate of completion and offer letter to them and let them know in advance about your internship.
