JUAN VET IS THE WORST VET I'VE BEEN TO
I have brought my dog to different vets na and the worst experience I've experienced was sa Juan Vet gid ya. Nabasa ko man ang mga bad reviews here but still decided to give them a shot kay I needed to get my dog tested for TVT and sila lang ang pinaka lapit nga vet nga gapang TVT test.
First off, waay ko kaagi encounter vet nga naga use cellphone while ga istorya ang client, pero sa Juan Vet, as I was explaining the condition of my dog, naga cellphone lang sa ya and didn't even bother looking at my dog's lab results.
He didn't even greet us or asked me to sit down first ha, na bad trip gid ko on how he handled my dog. Nag ask lang sa sa iya staff to carry my dog, and no, waay ya ginpa butang sa lamesa for dogs, he asked the staff to carry my dog siguro kay natamad na sya mag tindog para tan awon ang private area ka dog ko (where the problem is) 💀. I told him we already did 4 way test sa akon vet sa amon city, but he said waay sila ga rely sa mga amo.na nga test, so okay I agreed nalang.
Mag storya sa daw ga rush gid ya tapos waay pa ko gani ka fully say yes na i imidocarb injection (that costs 2k btw) akon dog naga kuha na sa bulong through syringe, so I felt.ppwerless during that moment. I knew he didn't give a shit sang waay malang sa nag hambal sang possible side effects sang bulong sa ido! I was the one who asked pa on what the side effects were!
After the shot he told us to monitor lang kung mag laway ang ido and that's it. After ya kami gin pa wait for pila sa minutes to see if maga laway laway ido ko tungod sa bulong gin pa puli na kami ka staff ya dayon. They did not give us prescription, or what to do after. Basta pagka tapos namon bayad gin pa puli kami dayon kag damo ila pasyente. Hello, doctor Aaron, if you're reading this, or if any of your staff are reading this, please next time be professional man.
Btw, sang gin inject ya akon dog with the medicine abaw waay malang ka care care para sa ido, sang gina carry sang iya staff akon ido, tamaran gid sa ya kay ang alcohol gin spray ya sa layo samtang gapungko lang sa ya tapos diretso inject na dayon. The vets I've been to and my current vet do not handle dogs that way, that's why na frustrate gid ko kag ulihi nalang nag sink in sa akon ang tanan.
When I asked him kung ano pwede mahimo kay naga dinugo ang protruding mass, hambal niya madula lang na kuno once mag saka ang platelet ka ido. Didn't prescribe any meds to stop the bleeding, didn't give me prescription, nor the TVT smear results.
I gave them a shot pa naman since daw kanami pirmi sang mga posts ya on social media on how he's helped dogs through surgery pero indi gid manami akon experience ah. I also messaged their account and sent them a video of what happened to my dog minutes after the injection samtang gapa puli kami kay daw naga chew air akon ido kag super gin hingal. So I asked them if normal ina bala nga side effect sang bulong pero dedma lang, gin seen lang nila and message 💀
