I am seeking any help because I am currently unable to access my vatdmarket account after attempting to change my registered email address.
I recently tried to link a new email address to my account. As part of the process, I was expecting to receive a confirmation email in my old email inbox to verify that it belongs to me, so that I could activate the new email address. However, I never received this confirmation email.
As a result, it now seems that neither my old nor my new email address is properly linked to my account, and I am completely unable to log in.
Is anyone able to assist me in restoring access to my account or completing the email change process? I did send out an email to the cardmarket support desk for help but no answers yet..
