Dentist said I need crown replaced since there’s a cavity under it. He pointed at the area I circled. No need for a second opinion?

I’ve been to this dentist a couple times in the past. They found a cavity last time on a different tooth and I had them do it. This time they said there is a cavity under my crown. They said it’ll be around $2000 without insurance and $600 with insurance. Original dentist office that put it in, did make me concerned about how it sat but didn’t worry about it because I’m not the expert lol.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: It did feel “sticky” when he was poking it
