Supervisor and work from home
I’m beating a dead horse but at the same time trying to affirm my reality.
I’ve now had 2 jobs that take issue with my work from home.
First one HR completely failed and I’m filing a lawsuit:
Second one there’s no good reason for me not to work from home. I’m currently typing this from the toilet. Oh yeah. A shart woke me up last night. That impacted my sleep. Impacted my energy. I have so many varying symptoms. Anyway. Current supervisor and I got along great until she wanted me to start coming in more. HR, this time, abided by the law. Supervisor has started to nitpick my work to insanity. Then she gave me my first ever “below expectations” on my annual evaluation. I’m sure this would constitute constructive discharge under EEOC - I have tons of unequal treatment documentation. Working with HR. Working with employee assistance. Thank goodness I have a union, working with them now too.
Just let me live!! 😩 it’s so cruel…
