How do I find a cat food with these allergens that he will eat?

I had gotten a 5 Strands test awhile back because my senior cat was scratching and biting at his legs and tummy a lot. These are the typical cat food ingredients listed as a level 3 (severe) and to completely avoid.

  • Duck (any form)
  • Chicken liver / organ meats
  • Beef liver / beef by-products
  • Soy (especially soybean meal)
  • Tuna / anchovy / whitefish
  • Wheat / gluten
  • White rice
  • Yeast
  • Carrageenan

My theory was it started from feeding him Fancy Feast fish based food every day several years ago for a month. He never had an issue before this. Maybe complete coincidence, IDK but I've avoided giving him fish based foods so he pretty much eats only chicken. No chemicals/fragrances in the house, bedding or litter box. He is naturally an anxious cat, even though we have a quiet chill house/no kids. Honestly, I think if he could be attached me to 24/7 he'd stop itching! I use Feliway in the living room, thinking about adding one to the bedroom since he chills in there a lot during the day. The last month or so it has gotten worse with him focusing on scratching his ears and around the neck, which usually indicates a food intolerance. I've fed him Fancy Feast since I've had him (15 years and yeah I know the food is garbage, but wonder if it has become even more garbage lately. I see many complaining about their cats not eating it. I'd love to get away from it since it contains the allergens. I've tried some chicken based foods without these ingredients, but most of the time he will turn his nose up. Sorry if I'm all over the place, but dang I'm at a loss on what to do.

When Sam’s Club stopped carrying Optifree Replenish and started carrying Optifree Pure Moist, I swear using the Pure Moist is making my eyes very dry. I had no issues with the Replenish. Does this make sense to anyone else?

I have an interview next week for a home equity loan analyst. I'd like to know what types of things to expect in the job on a daily basis. What percentage of time are you on phones vs. doing verification, etc for the loan? Do you enjoy it, what’s the worst parts and what’s your favorite parts? If you care to share any interview questions that you remember I’d greatly appreciate it!

Here is a what if scenario for three different jobs.
I'm going for a second interview for Job 1 on Thursday.

I’m having a screening for Job 2 on Tuesday.

I applied for a third job that I'd absolutely love to have and the pay is much more.

The scenario is what if Job 1 offers the position before I have an answer from Job 2? Then... what if Job 3 chimes in?

I'm being told that if Job 1 offers a position, ask them to give me a few days to think it over, then gently nudge Job 2 to see where they stand. I think Job 3 would come in later and I’d probably have to back out of one of the other two jobs. it would be a great scenario to be in, but it’s almost stressful as well.

How knowledgeable is a recruiter about the job they are interviewing us for? I asked if she could walk me through a typical day. I got a very generic one sentence answer. She then kind of rushed me off and I didn't feel comfortable asking a second question. I thought we were supposed to take an interest and ask 1-2 questions.

Anyone use the Shokz OpenComm2 UC headset? They look nice and comfortable, but I wonder if they hold up and have good reception. I have the Poly 5220 and they're super comfy, just not sure if they will hold up for 8 hours a day with glasses.

For those of you that have to use Teams, does your employer micromanage you and the green dot or don't they care? It seems to be nothing but unnecessary pressure. I don't want to stress all day over that. Nobody should if you're a good employee and your work is getting done. I'm in the interview process for a CSR role. I know nothing about their behavior towards this yet. I just like to be prepared.
