What do you think about small or medium guild houses with crafting benches for all or few select "guild" crafting/jobs ?

And what about a Warframe inspired trading house/Action House (in french HDV) for in-guild (only for guildmates) sales without tax (instead of normal auction house in the city/capital)

All this to increase the frequency of usage of a usually forgotten guild house where nobody comes.

But not only that, this way you could explore some non standard crafting/jobs or social ones. (In addition to standard ones like fishing, mining, cutting down trees etc)
