Jim Root’s guitar pick from the 2025 European Tour

Hi, I am not sure how a working truss rod should look. I have three guitars:

A - Yungblud Epiphone SG Junior (bought new in 2025)
B - Jim Root Fender Telecaster (bought new in 2025)

C - 2017 Jim Root Squier Telecaster (bought used)

Each guitar is set up to have around 1.5mm action at 12th fret low E - they all play nicely at the moment

My question is:

Do all these truss rods look OK?
