Ive been looking on zillow and every other website known to man for the last couple months and it seems right now, in the last couple weeks especially, theres been nothing remotely good listed and the volume of listings has decreased significantly so just about a handful a day. and theyre all quite terrible in my opinion. Ive been using a broker while also checking zillow like i mentioned because we’re moving from out of state. Is it true that everything just isnt listed yet because its not summer yet?
