Recently got Xfinity’s NOW 100mbps package at my new place.

I went to set it up and was unsuccessful. They sent out a tech a few days later who managed to set it up, but after a day, the connection dropped again.

A tech just came out for a second time and appears to have fixed it again, but who knows how long it’ll stay online.

I’m already 10 days into my billing cycle and have received barely 1-2 days of active internet service + all the hassle of having to arrange for a tech to come out twice.

I asked support for a credit and they said my account isn’t eligible as it’s a “NOW” prepaid account.

Why should that matter? I still paid for my service and haven’t received it. Crazy.
