Everyone needs to calm down.

Constant arguing. Constant outrage. Constant stress over things you can’t control.

We’re being wound up. And we'’re playing along.

The more emotional we are, the less clearly we think. The more stressed we are, the worse our body handles it. That’s not opinion, that’s basic biology. Stress wears us down.

And yet people wake up, scroll, get angry, argue with strangers, go to bed… repeat.

For what?

Half of it doesn’t affect our actual life. It just drains us.

We don’t need to react to everything. We don’t need to have an opinion on everything. We don’t need to fight everyone.

Step back. Switch off. Focus on your own life.

Because right now, most people aren’t thinking. They’re just reacting.

And it’s costing them more than they realise.
