I was in an accident at the beginning of March (100% not at fault). We both have Allstate insurance. I got the initial repair timeline as around 2 months (end of April). I was informed that Allstate will only pay 1 month of rentals. Well towards the end of April I was informed by the collision shop that the tailgate to my car is back ordered and they don’t have a date when it will be in stock. So now I’m even more screwed having to pay for rentals for who knows how long even though I did nothing wrong. This ain’t right.
