Is there a way to to set colors i'm planning on using for an image to a palette where i can later change the color and it will change corresponding instances of that color?

For example if I'm going to draw something using Red, White, and Green. is there a way to assign or set those colors so I could later change my mind about the particular Red, and it will change all corresponding instances of that color across all the layers using it?

I know this is somewhat similar to a correction layer, but i'm looking for fine tune control over multiple layers at the same time even if they're not necessarily grouped
