Is Krowning Glory wigs just a gamble?
I had never ordered from them until recently, I placed one order because she was $20 cheaper than some others, and it never did ship, she never responded to my texts, and I had to just dispute it, I see others saying the same thing. Then I see people saying they love her wigs, does she just pick like 20 percent of orders to not send out on a whim? I don't get it.
I even reached out via messenger on facebook asking her if she got my texts and she ignored my message.
To me it's not worth saving $20 to take a gamble on if she will ignore your order and your messages about your order.
Also on a live she said if you order a wig she's showing you may get the one she has put on in the video, that she tried on and stuff, don't normal wig sellers discount that as open box, not just put it in with the new ones and send it to an unsuspecting customer?
Just placed my order with someone else for my wig, I just feel frustrated with KGW. I could have had my wig weeks ago if I didn't try to save $20 with that site.
