I've been having a problem where random videos will get caught in a loading loop (it always shows 26%, 33%, 100%, repeats that a few times) an throws an "Error during playback" error. This only happens on Roku, it launches fine in the browser client.
There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to when this occurs, as certain episodes in a series will work and others won't. However, I have isolated that the subtitles are the culprit, as one episode loaded just fine when I disabled subtitles before pressing Play. They are .ass subtitle files.
I've tried to mess around with settings (burn-in subtitles, all different Force Transcode options, Simple Subtitles) to see if I could circumvent the issue but nothing seems to work. Is this a known issue?
I confirmed my Roku app is up to date.
