I've been playing from India since 0.4, and when I tried to use either Singapore of HK servers, it used to stutter-lag. The game would play great for 2-3 mins, then freeze for 10-15s. I see a 70-100ms ping to both of these.

How do you guys deal with this? It makes it annoying, especially while fighting bosses.
