So pretty sure i have a cold and fever. My brother got sick and gave it too me.

I know I should call off work but I feel like it's too much if hassle to tell my ride that I called off and to tell work that I'm sick. I just don't wanna deal with that. I don't like talking on phones too. Should I just fight it through?
