Can I go to JB and back on same day to get new tourist visa?

I am visiting friends in Singapore and my nationality gets 30 days tourist visa on arrival. I would like to stay aprox 80 days total.

I applied for an extension which was granted but when that was almost expired I applied for another extension which was denied.

So do I need to leave the country for a few days before coming back or can I go to Johor Baru and come back right away? I haven’t done any type of “visa run” before for Singapore. Thanks!

I wear an Apple watch and my move ring goal is 500 calories a day. I struggle to reach it if I don’t work out. So I’m curious what other women around my age have as their daily goal. Even if I lift weights for an hour that burns around 100-130 calories, then I usually do some form of gentle cardio (I can’t do HIIT due to heart issues with AFib) for about 30-40 minutes which burns another 150-200 calories if I do around 40 minutes. Then the rest is walking around etc. But if I don’t work out I only get to around 300 calories even if I walk over 10K steps. And my understanding is one should have at least one day off from the gym but I would like to meet my move / calorie goals every day.

I just started using Cronometer a week ago and like it but I’m above my fat macro limit of 51g every day. I’m F, vegetarian, in my early 50s, weigh 60kg and am moderately active.

My main protein sources are pea protein powder, firm tofu, chick peas, greek yogurt, edamame, cheese etc. Fats are from the protein sources and nuts and seeds in small amounts.

My partner says that it must be wrong and that it’s way too low. Thoughts?
