I've been in Australia for 2 years now, first came over on a working holiday visa, and would like to continue to work and live for the foreseeable future. For me it looks like the only viable route for that would be to get sponsored on a DAMA visa. I've got the required experience needed to be a loader operator and operate other earthmoving equipment (both of which are occupations on most of WAs DAMA agreements regions), but it seems that no employers that are hiring for these positions are offering DAMA sponsorship. I've called, emailed, applied for similar roles and no employers seem interested, even with a lot of them being only recently registered for this type of sponsorship. Looking online also I cant find anyone else that has landed anything either.

Has anyone here actually landed a role through DAMA, and if so how because I'm losing hope here??
