Hi all. I’m wondering if anyone else has experience with their doctor suggesting letrozole or clomid when they ovulate on their own.

I have had 5 losses (3 chemicals, one 7w, one 16w). I do have low AMH and high fsh, but I still ovulate on my own each month around cd 14-18 usually. I’m not sure why my doctor would be suggesting something like clomid for me in this case. I typically get pregnant within 1-2 cycles of trying. I have low progesterone, but most of my other bloodwork from my RPL panel came back normal.

Has anyone’s doctor explained this if they have suggested something similar? I don’t see him until Wednesday and plan to ask. Just curious in the meantime. Thanks!

ETA: I do have 3 children, and a normal antral follicle count

Hi all, this is my first cycle using progesterone. I had some brown/pink spotting yesterday at 8dpo and some brown spotting so far this morning (9dpo). Is this expected with progesterone? I’m using it rectally vs vaginally
