Checked my credit limit for a card and left the website, now they're sending me a card that I didn't finish signing up for or I'm just stupid. Anyways I'm trying to call and the customer service bot just doesn't understand my clear words to it and cuts me off as I'm talking to tell me it didn't understand me. Incredible first impression.
