I have a 1986 GMC K25 3/4 ton. Need new steering linkage. LMC lists the steering that matches my current set up as 1/2 ton. Curious, do I buy what is currently on my truck, or do I buy what LMC says is for the 3/4 ton?

What is on my truck is labeled as 7, 8, and 9 in this diagram. LMC says this is for 1/2 ton. It says is should buy 4, 5, and 6 because it is a 3/4 ton with 4.10 gears.
