I bought a mug from the AdHoc store about a week ago. Didn’t get any updates for a while, so I checked the tracking feature with “Shop” app. Looks like it was shipped to an incorrect address or something. I tried emailing the store email address they have listed (twice), still haven’t gotten a response. I tried going to USPS website but they said it was scanned/delivered and to wait a business day before submitting a service request. I’m at a loss for what to do at the moment. Sorry if this is the wrong place for this but I don’t know who to contact about this.
