Hi guys,

I am considering pulling the trigger on a high end spec macbook (m5 max 16 inch - as it is supposed to have better thermals) primarily to run some local AI models as I want to code a bunch of things (I am a middle aged geek not a dev). I was wondering whether you would recommend that I get the standard screen or the nano texture display?

Also, is it a good time to buy now or shall I delay by a few months? (I don't know if Apple has some "discounts" from time to time).

Piemonte : travel recommendations please

Hi guys,

My wife would like to explore Piemonte in June (on the way back from Tuscany, 3 nights/4 days in Piemonte).

I dont know the region near as much as I know Tuscany. I did some research online and cross reference multiple sources for some recommendations and this is what I shortlisted:

Mergozzo, Orta San Giulio, Vogogna, Ricetto di Candelo, Neive, Barolo, La Morra, Castiglione Falletto, Serralunga d'Alba. (then go back to Milan to catch our flight back, assuming the airline has jet fuel... ;) )

We are a family of 4 (2A, 2K aged 8 and 10) and I will be driving. It should be \~3 nights/4 days. We usually prefer Tuscan wines vs Barolo so perhaps we can skip Neive/Barolo?

For those who know the region, are these "must see"? anything to add/remove?

Any area to stay as a base? (Agriturismi are ok but ideally I would like to avoid having to pack up and leave daily so having a "base" would be nice ;) )
