Looking for a suitable hand grinder
New to this sub, but I recently got a moka pot that my dad gave away because he didn't use it anymore. I think it's an unbranded pot but nonetheless it makes great coffee. But I want to take it a step further and want to grind my own coffee instead of using pre ground Illy coffee I use right now.
Because I don't have a lot of space on my kitchen top, I prefer to use hand grinder and was more looking into brands that manufacture their own grinders or at least not in China. I love owning products that are locally made or not mass produced by the Chinese.
Currently I'm looking at the following brands:
- Zassenhaus
- Peugeot
- Hario
- Porlex
- Cafec
- Tre Spade
- Made By Knock
- Orphan Espresso
- Eureka Grinders
I intend to stay under €180 but would like to hear if anyone in this sub own a grinder from one of these brands and what your opinion is.
