Why are my nails like this?

It's so hard to grow them because they flake, peel and break.

I had bloodwork done twice in the last year and they didn't say anything that would indicate causing this.

Am I supposed to be taking specific supplements? Which ones?

My hands don't spend a lot of time in water or anything.
