My question is the same as the title. If someone commits suicide and leaves a note stating that their family is not responsible for anything and neither is anyone else, would there still be an investigation by the police to find out the cause of the suicide?
If yes, will anyone who has had a strained relationship with the deceased person be questioned and considered a culprit?
