Break policy.
I think my manager interprets the break policy incorrectly and she refuses to understand any other way but the way she feels like it's read. The policy is a chart which is unhelpful in itself but it does not say that your breaks are based off the time you work after you subtract a 30 minute lunch break. The only thing it says is "employee schedule" because my boss likes to schedule me 8 and 1/2 hours and then claim I don't get a second 15 because of my 30 minute lunch. The 30-minute lunch that I am often interrupted during and often required to stay in the store because I am with a teenager or someone who's not a manager. And even if you're subtracting the 30-minute lunch break my shift still qualifies for 2, 15 minute breaks because it says 8 OR more. SHE NEVER GIVES ME GRIEF ABOUT IT UNLESS SHE'S THE ONE WHO HAS TO COVER THE BREAK AND THAT BOTHERS ME.
