Hello, so this morning I purchased 2 tickets on StubHub for one of the Florida shows and made sure it was an instant download ticket since I've seen those are more reliable. I got the email saying my tickets were ready but when I went to claim my ticket it said transfer cancelled and I contacted StubHub support and said they would contact the seller. I wanted to ask if anybody has purchased from StubHub and has had a similar issue or what I can do to make sure I get my ticket well before the concert date with minimal issues.
