Found this while sorting some cards...think it's a misprint but can only see when holding at certain angle

I am at the kindergarten level of learning Pokemon card collecting and came across these cards in an old 3 ring binder that had some base set 1st edition and shadowless cards. What kind of value would these be at....I'm assuming somewhere in the "kids can look but don't touch" column? There is one red cheeks first edition and 2 yellow cheeks "ghost stamp"? cards.
