I’m not exactly sure what it is but I get heat rashes in the summer but they usually go away after some time. This hasn’t healed even a little bit :/ I’ve tried all kinds of creams and soaks and everything idk what else to do and I can’t go to a doctor :/

Please help nothing I’ve tried has worked. I’ve had this rash for like eight months now it hasn’t gone away a little bit. I can’t afford to get seen by anyone. I’m not even sure what it is exactly :/
