Im curious af as to how anyone that wasn't soviet grew up with it!!

I've had swollen ankles and hypertension for a bit and sometimes under hot conditions the soles off my feet will turn blue and stuff. During my hypertensive eps I get a super high bp and everything feels muffled and there's a filter over my vision and then it goes down to like 97/60 and then once i drink water and wait a bit it levels out again. I am also tachycardiac af. Recent symptoms I've noticed is not being able to breathe without my diaphragm muscles locking up for a bit which has been going on for a month or two im not sure, getting winded easy, oxygen loss sometimes, and this new symptom is stiffness in legs which has now progressed to also feeling like there's packing peanuts or like fluid pooling in my legs not all the time though. My gramps j passed away from HF a few days ago and yesterday was the funeral and now ik im next. Google Gemini is telling me it's PAD and that I should j talk to a doctor but Idk, it's Gemini. How do I get taken srsly by a dr and get accurate tests done for both HF and PAD and what other shit you think I might have and how do I prepare to die from this?

At first I thought it was one of my inflamed lymphnodes from when I was sick but when I feel around it, it feels like a ball and it sorta migrates but doesn't leave anywhere too far from that highlighted circle. It's basically quite literally in the circle. It pushes down on my shoulder sometimes and it feels more painful when I play with it. It's firm and hard to the touch but again it migrates throughout that general area. It doesn't help that I would lay on that side a lot. During the URI, I didn't eat or drink much cuz I was too lethargic, malaised, and achy, and it was hard for me to swallow a lot (still is cuz I'm only a few days into recovery period but it's a lot better now). I would sweat a lot to the pt that my hair dried out and my sheets were soaked in it and I peed every ounce of water I had ever drunken in my life. Anyways, is this a cyst or should I be worried
