I have Honda Fit Hybrid 2014 model. Mileage is 70k. It is giving me around 13km/l on a mixed drive (highway plus urban). I was not expecting this from a hybrid? I have changed the oil, replaced the oil filter, drive very smoothly (just one or two bars into the blue at max), tyre pressure is fine. I drive in london, for the context.
