
32 year old M started lifting weights last week as I never thought I needed it due to playing sports in the past. I however want to gain a sixpack for once in my life and I dont want to be too scrawny.
Sports I play are cardio based and I commute a lot by bycicle. Commute around 300km a week to work, friends and sport facilities. I play sports around 7 hours a week which can be soccer, basketball, volleybal, tennis or whatever we feel like playing. I walk around 8000 steps a day outside of my commutes and sports. Currently started a full body workout suggested by chatgpt.
