Terralta - old stock?

Hi all, this issue arose from a recent bourbon hunt and tour of stores where I happened to pick up only (and a lot) of tequila.

I don't believe I had come across Terralta in my travels, so I was surprised to see that it was NOM 1579! That hooked me, and since they had 3 different types, and it was surprisingly cheap (blanco $34), I decided to buy the flight: blanco, repo, anejo + an extra blanco.

Here's the issue. I pulled out the blanco a few minutes ago, and I noticed the date on it. Then similar on the others; 2021, 2020, and 2019.

Are these apparent old stock items still fine to try?

I said no way it hits 1300, and sold half my position earlier. Now look at this end-of-day move!

post-script; I'm fine. I still held half, and plan was to increase my MU position. Yes, I left a lot of $ on the table, but it was a learning experience. Expensive one. Learn from seeing my wreckage, instead of feeling it yourself.
