What do you need to start a Fanganronpa?
Hello there! I'm very sorry for the extremely convoluted question, but I can't help but wonder: what do I need?
While I've been in the Danganronpa and Fanganronpa community for ages, I've never asked myself what the necessary requirements were to do a good Fangan of my own. I am a writer, but this is something completely different to just writing a simple story; this is a project that I want to be its own full-fledged video game, but how do I manage that?
I know that what I've just asked is a very complex question that probably doesn't have just one direct answer, so I'll try to ask some smaller questions:
When should I start looking for other writers for help?
What does being a "director" entail?
Are "vice-directors" necessary?
Should you have everything already planned out before asking people for help?
Again, I'm sorry for the questions, but I'm really curious about how I can manage to do this project!
