Hello, I just did a task on a new Project I never had worked on before. I had to chat with some models, evaluate and it said it was Multiturn. On the instructions it said MultiTurns could go for up to 8 rounds. Not that it was needed, but it could go for.

When I was doing the task, I only did 2 rounds (sent 2 prompts) it didn't seem the conversation would get any more interesting from there. Should I had made more rounds just to reach near 8? I'm confused on what is expected of the worker with this kind of instructions.

Hello! I'm quite new to the platform, I have been working for two weeks now and in the past days some R&R have been appearing on my dashboard. So far I have stayed away from them, as I don't quite feel I should already be rating other people's work as I'm so new on this still and would like to understand how they work first.

How many people actually R&R one single task? It goes through several people before being approved right? And if I'm not directly receiving feedback from my work, how can I know I would rate other people's work properly? Am I overthinking and it's easier than it sounds?
