I've pierced my helix in september, and it healed fine until a bump appeared, as it was most likely due to my headphones I stopped wearing them but the bump won't go and I think it has gotten worse ? I initially did it in a salon that wasn't great (they didn't switch out my jewelry after a month like recommanded so it was way too long) but I went to another piercer to fix that so it's a right size now, maybe a bit to short ? The bump is very squiched against the back of my earring. I also have trouble not sleeping on it since I move in my sleep. Otherwise, my piercer told be to leave it alone as much as possible so I just spray some saline water on it and that's it... any advice to make it go away ?
