I am confused which one to take.

One of my biggest concerns with Infosys is that I’ve heard people sometimes get put into support projects instead of development, and I really want to stay in development. I feel like there’s a better chance of getting proper development work in LTIMindtree, but I’m not fully sure.

Also ltimindtree offering slightly higher package than infosys. 3.6 LPA - infosys 4 LPA - Ltimindtree
