5 Years+ of this awful experience with Xfinity, non functional website, app is useless, support person is hard to reach, monthly internet cost has skyrocketed.
What are other options in California? (SF bay area?) Anyone has experience with Other service providers? Are these any good or much better? Finally looking to ditch Xfinity for daily "scheduled maintenance" and connection issues
