I made this loose painting of a Maiko based on a photo reference that I shot during my first trip to Kyoto, which was amazing.

I also worked on a recycled canvas, which I like because of the different structure of the canvas.

The muted, bright mint green and the reddish-brown made up for such a nice combination that I already painted 3 works with a similar color scheme
