Where can I get the Hori Force Feedback Truck Controller in India ?

I just bought a new Microsoft Lumia 950 (Indian version). I cannot connect it to the WiFi hotspot of my OnePlus 13s.

What can be the issue ? I've turned off wifi 6 in the hotspot settings & have set it to 2.4 GHz band.
