LFG: Forza Motorsport, I’m on PC
I’m looking for fellow racers to play Forza Motorsport and potentially upcoming Horizon 6 as well. I’m looking to form meaningful connections and friendships, and i’d love to meet new friends through the medium of games.
I’m an average driver on a DS5 saving up for a G29 rn, which I might just get soon. I love cars, sports, music, books, and art!
Feel free to reach out to me however.
SIM Racing on Xbox Series S
Hey everyone,
I’m looking for some advice/opinions before pulling the trigger on a sim racing setup for me and my son.
We currently play a LOT of Forza Horizon 5 on Xbox Series S, and we’ve been thinking about buying the MOZA R3 Bundle for Xbox & PC from Virtual Racing Hub.
Link: https://www.virtualracinghub.com/products/moza-r3-bundle
A few important points about our use case:
- We are NOT competitive sim racers
- Mostly casual/fun driving together
- We don’t play hardcore sims like iRacing/ACC regularly
- No plans to build a gaming PC anytime soon
- Xbox is our primary platform and likely will stay that way
- We mainly want a more immersive and enjoyable driving experience
I’ve seen great reviews about the R3 being a direct drive wheel, but I’m wondering if it’s overkill for our use case or if it’s actually a good long-term buy.
Would really appreciate opinions from people who:
- Use the MOZA R3 on Xbox
- Moved from controller to DD wheels
- Play casually instead of competitively
- Have experience with after-sales support/warranty in India
- Think there are better alternatives in this price range
Also curious about:
- Is the ecosystem worth investing into if we stay on Xbox?
- Any regrets from casual players buying a DD setup?
Would love honest feedback before spending this much 😄
- Corrected using using ai.
So I started sim racing 1.5 years ago on my laptop. Few months later the laptop broke. Now I am have a steam id with many games but nowhere to play. So I am looking to sell it. THE PROCESS WILL WORK IN THE WAY THAT I WILL CHANGE THE EMAIL OF THE STEAM ACCOUNT TO THE ONE YOU WANT AND AFTER THAT YOU ARE FREE TO DO WHATEVER YOU WANT.
The titles that I currently have on my Steam account are:
1)Assetto Corsa Competizione(Complete Bundle)-costs 7.5k currently
2)Assetto Corsa 2014(Complete Bundle)-costs 2.7k
3)Dirt Rally 2.0- costs 600 currently
4)Sim Racing Telemetry for Assetto Corsa Competizione-costs 400 currently
5)F1 Manager 22- costs 2.3k currently
6)F1 22- not available to buy on steam rn but costed 3k at launch
7)rFactor 2- costs 1.3k currently
8) MotoGP 20+DLC- costs 1.9k currently
The total worth of steam account is roughly 20k. I am selling for 7k(negotiable) at more than 60% discount. I am ok to show proof of the steam id. Link of the id_ https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199195122330/ interested buyers pls dm me
Just an appreciation post for u/MIR_Sim_Racing for helping me build my first aluminium profile rig. Much cheaper than some known vendors like VRH but solid rig. Also helped me with locating 2nd hand used car seat, I had no idea where to look for it in my city. Located the scrap vendor in my city and provided me the location, I just had to visit and fetch a seat - costed only 4K.
The entire rig costed 28K (including 6 wheels) + 2K shipping. Seat costed 4K extra. Overall 34K and my aluminium profile rig is completed.
Thanks u/MIR_Sim_Racing and much appreciated for your help.
BTW, I made the purchase from Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
I’m looking for a sim racing cockpit
Hey guys,
I’m looking for a sim racing cockpit in Bangalore which is both stable and budget friendly. Checked the one in Amazon called Trone, which looks nice but expensive. Can you guys share some light on if it’s worth or are there any other options for me?
This is my first setup and I have Logitech G923 and will be playing in a console(ps5).
Any and all suggestions are welcome.
[WTB] Used Moza r3 racing bundle
Hey everyone, looking for a used moza r3 bundle.
Will be in Pune, so can receive it there.
And If shipping can be done, I can take care of the shipping charges.
I got a chance to sit down with Arvid and I HAD to ask him his favourite track and car combo! I wasn't surprised with the answer honestly, who doesn't love it!
I’m old as f now and I didn’t learn to drive.
When I was 18, I chose to buy interceptor 650 instead of a hatchback because when I tried to drive, it felt boring , like watching a video.
Now I’m old and I don’t know how to drive and a bit ashamed to make mistakes,
Will driving sim help with cheap equipment’s like v10pro etc? Also which sim to use?
Hey guys,
I’m planning to upgrade my chair and I’m kinda stuck deciding what to go for.
My usage:
- WFH (4–6 hrs at a stretch)
- Gaming (mostly sim racing)
- Sometimes just chilling / watching stuff
Also worth mentioning — I’ll be locking the chair into a wheel stand for my sim setup, so stability matters.
What I want:
- Breathable (mesh ideally, don’t want to sweat)
- Good lumbar support (not those useless pillows)
- Strong/sturdy (no wobble after a few months)
- Recline for relaxing
- Footrest would be nice but not mandatory
Options I’ve been looking at:
- Wakefit Gravita
- Sleep Company Tranquo / XGen Pro
- Green Soul Astra
- Dr Luxur Weavemonster
Confused about:
- Ergonomic vs gaming chairs (what actually holds up long term?)
- Are footrests even useful or just gimmick?
- Mesh vs cushion for long sitting
Budget: 10k–20k
If you’ve used any of these (or something better), would love honest feedback, especially long-term use. Open to stretching budget a bit if it’s REALLY worth it.
Thanks!
Where do I buy pxn v10ultra in India?

😭 also other cheap wheels are priced so high .
Need steering wheel under 30k .Im selling my old laptop and some Ingame items for the funds ,
Kindly suggest good direct drive wheels under 30k
So at 35 the childhood dream of a sim setup is finally attainable. My wife is graciously allowing me to tinker with her WFH setup so I can pick up sim racing. Her guidelines are non negotiable so I am working with a lot constraints most of which are non negotiable. Here is how it’s is going to work. I have a 27 inch widescreen monitor which will go behind these two. When I want to play I will have to move these two monitors behind and move the gaming monitor upfront. (Weekends 8-12 am only)
The pc Lian Li O11 (4070ti) will have to go below in the corner. (RIP fishbowl asthetic) The sim rig will have to adjust in the remaining space. The distance between bed and wall is about 3 feet. Less tha 2.5 feet if PC is kept there so the rest of the sim setup needs to fit into 2X4 space.
Hee are the parts that could make this happen (helppp)
Thermaltake G6 - fairly sold on this idea. 40k 6nm bundle with clutch not bad. I haven’t seen a wheel of this size offering complete package. I know new brand. But I want take this journey figure out how it works. Tell
me this is a wrong decision
Sim stand: has to be foldable. PXN A11 or Next level racing stand lite 2.0. (Diff is 9k) and 11 looks more foldable.
Play a lot of Forza Motorsports and Forza Horizon but controller only right now
Used g29
So i found a seller who sells "custom seized product and auction that's why it is low" Is what the seller said and it has 30 days refund and 1 year warranty but the thing I found the sketchiest was their COD which is 50% pre paid and 50% cash so is it trustworthy and the price is 16k with shifter in new condition
