Hi, I need some insights and advice regarding my situation. I resigned from a BPO company after almost a year of experience there. Before that, I worked in the medical field for almost two years. Parang nawalan nako confidence sa pag-apply sa VA agencies.
I have no experience as a VA pero I have experience in both BPO and Medical field. I'm a board passer rin pero nawawalan kasi ako ng gana pag mag work ulit sa Hospi or anywhere else. Sahod parang panukli lang (15k inooffer). The reason why I resigned quickly in BPO rin kasi doon nag start burn out ko. Another reason was below 15k pa sahod rin. Para akong nag degrade. So, I resigned last year.
At this point, I'm afraid to send resumes, thinking baka ma-reject ako, lalo na at ang tagal kong nakabakante. Any advice ya'll can give? I'd appreciate it. Is it still worth applying to the VA industry, or should I opt for working face-to-face again?
