Late, cancelled, ghosted, and then they tried to give me a 40 rs coupon 🫠
Lol placed an order at night yesterday, waiting patiently. 1 hour in I get a message from the delivery guy saying he's here. Which was weird in itself because why wouldn't he call? Checked to see his location on maps and he wasn't at the destination. Went out to see if he's standing outside my house and he's not there either. I call him but he doesn't pick up.
So I call support and they tell me they'll refund the order amount and also give me a coupon for Rs 120 something , or I can also wait and see if the guy comes for a few more minutes. At this point I'm starving so I say fine let me wait for another 10, if he doesn't turn up I will cancel.
....and of course he doesn't turn up. I text the customer support, this time they say oh well we will cancel your order but no coupon??? I got super pissed and asked them to connect me with their manager. This lady on support practically GHOSTED me for about 15-20 mins. At this point I call the support executive again and he's like oh sure we can give you a coupon code, wait let me cancel your order first. So he cancels and then offers me RS 40 lol. I was so pissed. I said let me speak to your manager, he ends up never connecting me and says will arrange a call back. Guess who hasn't gotten a call back till now.
