I made a lot of mistakes when picking out wedding photgrapher/videographer. I signed the contract that said I read the T&C. However I did not sign the T&C. The cancellation policy is shown below. They were great at communicating with me until I requested a refund, then they completely stopped communication (100% intentional). What can I do? I have tried to call every day, send text and send email, but no responses.

I dont want to copy and paste, so I got AI to reword the cancellation policy

Client Responsibilities

If you choose to cancel or reschedule your session, you remain liable for any fees already invoiced or due according to your original agreement. These charges are applied at the Photographer/Videographer’s discretion, regardless of whether the session takes place.

For group sessions, it is the Client’s duty to ensure all participants arrive punctually. If any key individual is late, the Photographer/Videographer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the shoot.

Transfers

Your booking and any prepaid fees may be transferred to a different individual, provided the nature of the shoot remains substantially the same and the original date and time are maintained.
